Hello, my name is Susanna. As a child, I was curious and quiet, always in motion\u2014as if the body knew before words did. Running was my way of being in the world, of making sense of the silence, of listening to my body as I moved forward.<\/p>\n
Long before I understood it, the body was already a place of listening. A space where something would align in the presence of movement and awareness. <\/p>\n

A constant curiosity accompanies me toward everything that builds bridges between the invisible and the tangible: quantum physics, sign language, and subtle forms of perception.<\/strong> Meditation is part of my life as a space of listening to which I return again and again. In that moment, I clearly sensed that there are forms of communication that do not depend on sight or voice.<\/p>\n
although when I return to it, a gentle ache appears, remembering everything that was lived. <\/p>\nDifferent spaces, the same pulse, presence, listening and respect for rhythms.<\/h3>\n
allowing me to accompany others from a more conscious, steady, and attentive place.<\/p>\n
It develops through attention, practice, and respect for each individual rhythm.
