Here, texts, audios, games, and small proposals coexist, related to the body, perception, attention, and intuitive vision.<\/p>\n

You can read, listen, or explore when it feels right to you, and leave it when it doesn\u2019t. Enter, leave, or return later. You don\u2019t need to know anything beforehand. If something resonates, perhaps it is not a coincidence.<\/p>\n

This journal is a simple invitation to remember that the body knows and that sometimes, when we stop holding so tightly, things find their place.<\/p>\n
