{"id":777,"date":"2026-02-21T16:42:08","date_gmt":"2026-02-21T15:42:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eyesoul.org\/learning-to-trust-the-intuitive-vision-process\/"},"modified":"2026-03-08T18:33:51","modified_gmt":"2026-03-08T17:33:51","slug":"learning-to-trust-the-intuitive-vision-process","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eyesoul.org\/en\/learning-to-trust-the-intuitive-vision-process\/","title":{"rendered":"Learning to trust the intuitive vision process"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">A letter I write to myself when doubt starts to creep in <\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dear me,<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019m writing this for those days when it feels like everything is working\u2026 except you.<br\/>Even though I know I\u2019m going through an intuitive vision process, there are moments when my confidence wobbles and those rather annoying doubts start to show up. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You know the one, right? The mind with its favourite lines: <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 Others can do it.<br\/>\u2014 You can\u2019t.<br\/>\u2014 You\u2019re not capable.<br\/>\u2014 Maybe this just isn\u2019t for you.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(The mind doesn\u2019t just \u201cget in the way\u201d. It can put together an entire movie \u2014 dramatic soundtrack included.)<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That voice tends to appear when expectations aren\u2019t met.<br\/>Or when you get that strange feeling that something is slightly off, even though everything looks perfectly normal from the outside. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">And I want to remind you of something, calmly: Not everything that isn\u2019t visible is going wrong.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">The invisible part of an intuitive vision process<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do you remember when those meditations started to appear in your life?<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Something very strange was happening. Your body moved. Something was activating. But you didn\u2019t feel anything clearly. Nothing.     <strong>And that\u2019s unsettling.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you work with perception and intuitive vision, what matters most is often not the spectacular experiences, but what quietly begins to take shape from the inside.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Until one day, the chest thing began. That swirling sensation. That warmth that made it feel as if your heart might jump out. As if something inside was spinning. <br\/>Even that internal sound that made you think: \u201cAm I the only one hearing this?\u201d (\u2026yes, it was you.) And still, you doubted.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It happened with every energy centre. One by one. And it wasn\u2019t immediate. It didn\u2019t happen during some magical three-day retreat.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It took 16 months.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sixteen months of simple consistency \u2014 of continuing to knock on the door without knowing exactly when it would open.There were no guarantees. No spectacular signs. Just the inner sense that if you kept knocking, that day would come. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And it did.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not because you forced anything. Not because you pushed yourself beyond what you could give. But because the body needed its own time to understand, integrate, and open. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And when it finally happened, you remembered those sincere words from <a href=\"https:\/\/drjoedispenza.com\">Joe Dispenza <\/a>\u2014 not as some magical promise someone had made, but as something that finally made sense in your own experience. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"572\" src=\"https:\/\/eyesoul.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/echando-mi-carta-1-1-1024x572.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-526\" style=\"width:721px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eyesoul.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/echando-mi-carta-1-1-980x547.jpg 980w, https:\/\/eyesoul.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/echando-mi-carta-1-1-480x268.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allow yourself to receive letters from someone who loves you and wants the best for you. Even if that person is you. With love, your self in process.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Doubt is also part of the process<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Developing intuitive vision isn\u2019t like flipping a switch. It\u2019s an inner maturation process that needs time, consistency, and trust. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And doubt, uncomfortable as it may be, is also part of the path. <br\/>So if today you doubt, breathe. If today something feels like it\u2019s not how it \u201cshould\u201d be, don\u2019t turn it into a verdict.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sometimes it\u2019s not off. It\u2019s just maturing.
