A space to see from the soul
A place where perception softens, intuition comes alive, and no one needs to become anything other than who they already are.
Here, a way of seeing is honored—one that does not pass through the physical eyes,
but through presence, the body, and sensitivity. A way of perceiving that is born from within.
What is Eyesoul
It is a space for exploring intuitive vision, sometimes known as a practice with reduced visual stimuli.
It is not magic.
This is not a miraculous technique.
There is nothing to do right. Just a space to remember.
Here, perception awakens when there is calm, safety, and presence,
in children, adolescents, and adults—each at their own rhythm.
Eyesoul is not a therapy, nor does it replace any medical, psychological, or educational treatment.
It is a space for perceptual learning and conscious experience that accompanies, without treating.
How Eyesoul is lived
Eyesoul is lived through experience, not through explanation.
Eyesoul is experienced, not explained.
In the sessions, work is done primarily with a blindfold.
Reducing visual stimuli allows attention to shift toward other bodily sensations and helps strengthen concentration.
Through gentle play, sensory exploration, imagination, and presence,
a space is created where:
- the body relaxes
- attention becomes refined
- curiosity awakens
- imagination finds its place
There are no tests | no goals | no demands.
Each person lives the experience in their own way.
Accompanying perception, at every age and at its own rhythm
Eyesoul accompanies children, adolescents, and adults who feel curious about their way of perceiving
and wish to explore through the body, presence, and inner listening.
Each person arrives with their own rhythm and their own way of sensing the world.
Here, no skill is taught and no outcome is pursued.
What is offered is a safe space where experience can unfold without pressure.
With practice and continuity, some people notice small changes
in their way of being:
More calm
A more sustained attention
Greater capacity for concentration
A closer relationship with intuition and with what is felt in the body
They are not goals to be achieved nor guaranteed results.
They are possibilities that may arise naturally when there is presence, safety, and time.
I have a gift for the little ones
A gentle meditation audio to rest the gaze, feel the body, and imagine.
It is not a technique. There is nothing to do right. Just a space to remember.
You can stay. You can wander. You can explore…
A space to read, listen, and pause for a moment.
Here you will find short texts, reflections, audios, and words that arrive when they need to arrive.
A living section, growing without hurry.
And you can write… if any of this resonates with you.
If you have a question, a feeling that is hard to name, or simply the desire to come closer, I will be here to read you.
